Please return:

• Completed application form
• 2 Passport sized photographs per applicant
• Relevant payment (cheques payable to: Bedford Borough Council)
• Copies of concession documents (if applicable)

To:

One of the Council’s leisure centres where it will be sent to the Leisure Card Office to be processed.

Memberships (excl. Golf & Corporate)

If you are joining a gym please call your chosen facility to book your first induction. Please bring the completed application form and relevant terms & conditions (for direct debit or annually) with you along with two passport sized photos. During your first induction you will be given any other relevant forms to complete.

If paying by direct debit you will need to bring your bank details with you or a completed direct debit mandate. You will be required to pay your £25 administration fee and first months’ membership fee.

All members joining the gyms at Kempston Pool or the Oasis Beach Pool will also need a £10 deposit for your ‘Wellness key’. The £10 will be refunded when you hand the key back in to the gym when you leave.

If you are unable to print of the forms don’t worry as you can be given them at your induction to complete.

Golf Card Memberships

To apply for a golf card you can either go along to Mowsbury Golf Course where they will supply you with all the forms you need, or alternatively, please print out the relevant forms from the links below and then take to Mowsbury with you.

Cash: Only in person at one of the sites.
